Too much noise above me from toddlers that dont belong here, that noise is taking its toll on my health my neighbor moving out of here as well because its too much noise either sound proof the floors or ban children from apartments they can meet every 3 months in the community room other wise this is not a day care center this is a senior community for 55 and over not toddlers day in and day out. I have tge right to peace and quiet at all times in my apartment and management does NOTHING and they are WELL AWARE

Many daily activities to do. Activity rooms allow an active lifestyle. Services available aid in keeping areas clean. Residents are friendly and helpful in learning the resources available.

When I came for my tour Cowan and the whole staff made me feel at home. By the time I saw about 5 homes, I was in tears for the one I am in now. I can now say, I am home here at Annabelle On Main. Even the dogs love it here. Come and join us!

We absolutely love living here. Our apartment is worry-free, and the entire staff is wonderful. Our activity calendar stays full because of all the wonderful activities Sandy plans. Did I say we LOVE being here?

Great place to live. Nice people. Lots of avtivities. Movies, games, exercise classes and lots more. Lunch group on Wednesday is always good.

My leasing process was awesome. The staff was very professional and supportive. The leasing staff showed me so much love and understanding, they accommodated my needs and concerns. It was an awesome experience and now I am a tenant at Annabelle on Main.

Living at Annabelle continues to be be an amazing experience. The staff(Sheila, Melissa, Sandy and Cowan(hope name is spelled correctly) are very supportive, and kind. They keep the community active and on the go with wonderful planned activities. Annabelle on Main is a great place to live.

The neighbor upstairs with her noisy adult children and her toddler grandkids that have been living here for 10 months which is against fair housing is on my last nerve, this is the worst place I have ever lived in and this is not what I expected from a senior community I will not be renewing my lease next yr. I gave a 9 page letter to the office in December and NOTHING has been done so stop sending me these surveys because you dont care about me as a resident your only interested in the money

It would be nice to see some improvements in out community. It's going on 5yrs old, and is starting to show the decline. The pool area could use new furniture and umbrellas, maybe even a canopy over some of the pool. The patio is not usable in the afternoons because of the sun being so strong. would it be possible to have sun shades installed to make this area usable? Some large potted planters with fresh flowers would make the pool and patio area more attractive. The halls and stairwells need to be pressure washed of professionally cleaned. If I were touring today, I'm not sure I would choose Annabelle. I know these issues have been mentioned earlier, with no reply from Graystar.

I have been told by my friends that I talk constantly about Annabelle on Main!!!...and I do because I love it here!!! I can't compare Annabelle to other 55+ active living communities, but I cannot imagine other communities have amenties/services/activities that tops Annabelle's. Lastly, the staff is top-notch; professional, compassionate, considerate and they treat you like family..so my family and friends will just have to put up with me when I continue to speak highly of Annabelle...😃

I have been at Annabelle for about three years now. It is still the best decision I’ve made in my retirement. Annabelle is a community of seniors who enjoy a number of activities sponsored by management and/or other tenants. You can be as involved as you wish. No pressure. Holidays are celebrated, birthdays are celebrated monthly, finally there are a number of health focused activities. Our management and maintenance staff are outstanding. Courteous and timely

Fantastic!! The staff could not have been more pleasant, welcoming, or helpful. Anytime we had a need or asked a question, we received an immediate, helpful response. Our unit was clean and ready to be occupied. We look forward to sharing our experience with all of our friends and family.

We are very happy here. There are lots of activities if you are interested but you can opt not to participate if that is what you want. We enjoy the movies on Friday nights and the delicious popcorn. We love Pokeno on Thursday nights and the other residents are very friendly.

Apartments are great. Maintenance is very good. Lots of social activities. My apartment is bright and sunny. Love the sun. I would like to have a ceiling fan in the living room area as it is attached to the kitchen. We have them in the bedrooms.

Multi year resident and continue to enjoy my apartment, neighbors and community. We are active seniors who come together to socialize, exercise, travel, etc. We have a monthly calendar with something available each day. Living on my own for the first time in my life, Im never lonely. I love our diversity and friendliness!

I continue to enjoy living at Annabelle on Main. I love the sense of community, which provides a lot of socializing and fun. The management team( Shelia, Melissa, Sandy and Camille) are very friendly and helpful. Not one time did I request a service for my apartment and it was not done quickly. This is a great place to call home.

It's Christmas eve and im sitting in my apartment thats in a 55 and over community and im listening to kids jumping off the furniture, riding toys all over the kitchen and living room running through the apartment banging toys on the floor and im absolutely miserable and my blood pressure going up as this is gone on for 3 hrs now. And I will be reporting this to fair housing after Christmas because this is out of control and goes on WAY to often and fair housing already told me I dont have to put up with any of this in a 55 and over community so I suggest this day care center above me in 219 gets permanently shut down IMMEDIATELY.

1. The halls and stairwells need deep cleaning. I have found spider webs and spills that should be attended to. 2. The pool area needs to have some money invested in it. Additional umbrellas. The lounging chairs should be pressure washed.

Excellent place to live with peace of mind & almost everyday activities such as Zumba dancing classes movie night short & long trips to beautiful places & lots more, swimming classes ext for seniors it’s heaven who live alone they make you feel wanted like a family.

Annabelle on Main is a very good place to call home. As a resident, I am very happy to be here. I like the strong sense of community with like minded people. I am very happy to live in a residence with access to amenities and activities that I can enjoy. I feel safe in my apartment and surroundings. Security gives me peace of mind. The staff members are excellent and are always helpful with any questions.

Been living here several years now and activities continues to improve with bus trips to local and overnight areas. Annabelle is an outstanding living community if you want to avoid loneliness. Always great neighbors to talk with, play rummikub, swim, line dance, exercise etc. with. only suggestion would be onsite cars available to residents for a per use fee. This would eliminate so many cars in the parking lot that are only driven two or three times a week usually for less than several hours.

Refrigerators that work when they want to. The complex knows this and expects you to be the fridge monitor. Then your food thaws out and you lose all your food, and they won't help you recover the cost. No matter how many times this happens.
